     Background Bio

 Born into a family that valued pictures of family and events, it was a given that I would do something involving art and photography in my life. 

 Starting with a box camera as a child, photo club in middle school, photographer and picture editor of Amos Alonzo Stagg High's (Stockton, CA) first yearbook, to the Air Force doing missle sites, nuclear tests, and two tours through Viet Nam, I was always busy making images, sandwiching in an art major in college, before joining the world in a career that has given me much pleasure.

 I have never lost the feeling that it is somewhat magical to create each special image for myself and others to enjoy for many years.
